The website Healthy Church Kids, http://kids.healthychurch.com (the “Site”) is brought to you (“you” or “User”) by The General Council of the Assemblies of God d/b/a My Healthy Church (“we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal and non-personal information we collect on the Site, how we use such information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information (defined below) as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.
Personal Information
We only collect Personal Information from you when you: (1) order products and/or services; (2) contact us via email or other means; (3) enter a contest or other promotional activity; (4) create an account to subscribe to the Site; or (5) otherwise provide us with your personal information. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) we collect may include, without limitation, your name, age, email address, phone number, mailing address, username, password, credit card information, place of employment, and church affiliation, if you submit such information. We may also sell, rent, or lease the Healthy Church site subscriber and address list to our marketing partners, advertisers or other third parties.
Publicly Displayed Data
Your username may be publicly displayed and connected to your activity on the Site. Other Users may view certain activity of yours on the Site, including without limitation comments in community forum spaces.
Children’s Privacy
We are committed to complying with the guidelines set forth by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information on children under the age of 13. Third Party Applications
You may be able to access the Site or sign into your account through a third party application (e.g. Facebook). This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. Other websites we own and websites owned or operated by third parties may contain different privacy policies and practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other person, entity, organization, or website to or from which the Site links or is linked. We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without cause or prior notice. We will post all changes to the Privacy Policy on the Site. Changes to the Privacy Policy are effective immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy regularly. Use of the Site indicates User’s full and complete agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and its terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under California’s "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide Personal Information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the Personal Information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared Personal Information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2014 will receive information regarding 2013 sharing activities).
